This project involved a mixed planning approach to secure both a loft extension over the rear 2 story projection and a rear extension at ground floor level.  

Planning Approval was sought for the loft extension which was too large to qualify for permitted development and Prior Approval for the ground floor extension in order to achieve an eaves height of 3m to the rear and along the right hand boundary.

The approval of the loft extension was negotiated via concession and features a 20 degree pitch along the side to protect neighbour amenity.
