This project involved a partial change of use from class A1 (retail) to C3 (dwelling) in a zone of Core Protected Frontages in close proximity to Earlsfield Station.
​
The conversion created a spacious studio flat to the rear fronting on to a private road, with limited alterations internally in order to increase economic viability and return.
